This is where Paragon Casino and RV Park is in central LA. Its one of those post-Katrina models that are large and nice, and cheap. A storm is coming through tomorrow so I’ll sit it out here.
I took the scenic route from Vidalia, basically driving the main levee of the Mississippi. It was astonishing to see the size of the floodplain, and the height of the dike. The river is big, and to imagine it reaching the tops of the levees is disturbing.
