There are 175 lots, some of which have been &#8220;improved&#8221; with landscaping, tricked-out sheds, fancy concrete work, etc which I didn&#8217;t want to pay for.  And, there is only a smallish area that gets fair Verizon coverage so I can use the internet.  What I wanted was a plain lot in &#8220;the ghetto&#8221;, near the weekly parking area and where lots are rented out to travelers.<\/p>\n<p>This one was perfect.  All I had to pay for above the base price was the electrification of the shed and a workbench in it.  I have no intention of &#8220;improving&#8221; it any further.<\/p>\n<p>Now I have to pay 1\/175 of the operating costs of the park, which is pretty close to what I have been paying to stay here for the summer.
